Each talk should be no longer than 17 minutes. Questions and answers will follow for a couple of minutes. Please note that each speaker must bring your lap-top PC with you.
Speakers are kindly requested to appear in the conference room at least 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to start and to introduce yourself to the session chair. Speakers must ensure before the session begins that their presentation will run smoothly. A member of the organization team will be present in the room to help you in any way possible.
There will be three poster sessions in total. All the posters are to be mounted on poster boards throughout the symposium dates. This means that each poster is displayed for three days. Posters should be mounted between 12:30 and 14:00 on January 14, and unmounted between 12:30 and 14:00 on January 16.
Each poster board is approximately 90cm (width) by 210cm (height). So, A0 size in the portrait format is the most suitable. Mounting material will be provided.
We decided to accept video clips of your poster presentations, which will be shown in coffee breaks, lunch breaks, and other empty time slots.
Submitting a video clip is optional, but may be very effective for advertising your work and drawing attendees to your poster presentation.
The deadline is on Dec. 28. Before the deadline, upload your video clip on https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/PSIVT2009/ using your account. Please do not send us your video clip as an email attachment. However, please do send us (email@example.com) a notification message that you uploaded the file. Thanks!
