Our registration site will be closed at 18:00 (GMT+9) on December 19, 2008. After that, only on-site registrations are available.

We strongly suggest you register for the conference by December 19, 18:00 (GMT+9) because banquet tickets are not guaranteed for the on-site registrations due to the number of limited seats for the banquet. Please ask in detail at the registration desk on your arrival if you choose on-site registration.

Early-bird Registration Due: November 14, 23:59 (GMT+9)

For each paper to be included in the LNCS symposium proceedings, at least one author must finish registration including payment for the conference by Oct. 17, 2008, at a non-student rate and present the paper in the conference.

Each registration may cover up to two (2) papers co-authored by the registrant.

To register as a student, you should show your student identification document. Its scanned PDF file should be sent to
psivt2009 at nii.ac.jp(replace ‘at’ by ‘@’).
